Very impressed with the service AV Roof provided when mending my leaking roof. Adam was extremely polite and helpful, knew his job inside and out and went above and beyond to organise the project and carry it through. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use the company again if the need arises.

Our services

LEAK DETECTION

Visual Inspections: Checking for cracked tiles, damaged flashing, and blocked drainage.

BEDDING & POINTING

Bedding: This is the first layer of mortar that acts as the foundation for your ridge caps. It secures the tiles to the roof frame. Pointing: This is the finishing layer applied over the bedding. We use Flexi Point compound.

BROKEN TILES REPLACEMENT

Exact Matching: We match the profile, material and colour of your existing tiles.

EAVES

Lining Replacement: Removing rotted or sagging timber and replacing them with durable, modern materials. Fascia Repairs: Repairing the boards that run along the edge of the eaves where gutters attached. Paint and Seal: Finish touch to ensure your new eaves match.

COLORBOND COVERS

If your timber fascia boards are looking weathered, cracked, or require constant repainting, COLORBOND Fascia Cover are the ultimate solution. These custom folded steel covers wrap around your existing timber, providing a sleek protective shield from the elements.

GUTTER GUARDS

Eliminate Cleaning: Reduces the buildup of leaves, twigs, organic matter, saving you time and effort. Pest Deterrent: Block birds, rodents and possums from nesting in your gutters or entering your roof cavities through eaves. Prevent Water Damage: Ensures gutters don’t overflow during storms.
